The park is approximately 45 miles from Durango, famous for the Durango-Silverton narrow gauge railroad, and only 23 miles from Wolf Creek Pass and Wolf Creek Ski area, in the spectacular San Juan National Forest, and less then a mile from the Parelli Ranch. We are an ideal place for families and horse lovers. Our bathrooms are modern and very clean with hot showers. For your convenience, we also have laundry facilities and LP gas on the grounds. For those who like to rough it in the great outdoors, we have tent sites available. Or if you would prefer a little more comfort, we offer a Studio apartment. Whatever your recreational needs, might be, we will work to fulfill them. When you stay in our RV Park, we hope you will grow to love it as much as we do. Hide-A-Way RV Park’s courteous staff is always on hand to keep the park neat, clean, and to make your stay a relaxing and pleasurable one.
